The Coalition Directors

The Coalition is a registered Community Interest Company (CIC). There are currently 6 Directors:

  • Andy Benson – independent consultant in voluntary/community sectors
  • Ruth Cohen – individual
  • Ros Lucas – individual
  • Colin Rochester – individual
  • Matthew Scott – Director, Community Sector Coalition
  • Penny Waterhouse – independent consultant in voluntary/community sectors

who:

  • are responsible for the governance and legal  requirements of the CIC
  • are responsible for managing funds raised through the CIC
  • make decisions about the use and allocation of Coalition money
  • find resources to carry out central Coalition activities
  • decide on the appointment of Directors
  • provide routine support to those who work on central Coalition activity.
