Directors

NCIA is a registered Community Interest Company (CIC). There are currently eight directors:

• Adrian Barritt
• Andy Benson
• Ruth Cohen
• Bernard Davies
• Ros Lucas
• Colin Rochester
• Frances Sullivan
• Penny Waterhouse

who:

• are responsible for the governance and legal requirements of the CIC
• are responsible for managing funds raised through the CIC
• make decisions about the use and allocation of NCIA money
• find resources to carry out central NCIA activities
• decide on the appointment of directors
• provide routine support to those who do NCIA work
